Mission & Service
I went on my first international mission trip when I was in elementary school. That began a lifelong call to service. Since that time, my family, teams, church, and groups of awesome people have given me the opportunity to serve in a variety of ways. For example:
- Bible Study Leadership (2011 – present) Twitter: @CG_Bible_Study
- Tornado Relief (2012)
- Day of Caring (2013 – present)
- CampAbility (2013 – present)
- Appalachia Home Repair (2014 & 2015)
- iCanBike (2015)
- Worship Team (New Hope & Emmanuel Churches, 2015 – present)
- Night to Shine (Tim Tebow Foundation – 2016)
One of the greatest privileges of serving has
been the people God has connected me to. For example, two years ago, I met a boy named Dylan at a program called iCanBike. We spent a week together, each day focused on helping him learn to ride a bike. Well… he didn’t care much for the bike riding, but we became friends for life. I am so blessed he is in my life and that I have a chance to show him the love of Christ and mentor him as he travels through life.
